Harry Bunting, PhDHarry Bunting, PhD

Harry Bunting studied Philosophy at Queen's University, Belfast. Awarded a Major State Scholarship, he undertook post-graduate studies in the Philosophy department of the University of Exeter, gaining an MA (ethics and philosophy of religion) and a PhD (moral philosophy). He lectured in Philosophy for many years at the University of Ulster, lecturing also in Universities in Australia, India, Germany and the USA. Served as a member of the Philosophy Committee, Royal Irish Academy, Dublin. Since 2006 he has been Chairman of the Philosophy of Religion Division of the Tyndale Fellowship (www.tyndalefellowship.com ) and lectures on an occasional basis in ethics and philosophy of religion. Harry, and his wife Geraldine, have two children, Henry and Eva. He is a member of St. Bartholomew's Parish Church, Belfast.
